When looking at the cost, please consider this:

Counseling and Coaching are investments in the richness of your life. The joy from having achieved your personal goals and created a more pleasurable life is priceless. No doubt, you have spent money in other areas of your life or perhaps on less meaningful activities, so why not invest in you?
$125 for 90 minutes……in person
$165 for 90 minutes…in home (limited availability)
$95 for 50 minutes session.
$35 for 20 minute phone session (coaching clients only).
The number and frequency of sessions is dependent on you and your goals.
Reduced Fee: I have limited slots available for reduced fee. The fee is based on financial hardship and ability to pay.
I am a fee for service provider. I accept cash, check or credit card. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. I collect the fee for service at the beginning of each session.
Insurance benefits can be confusing, and coverage for services may be limited. I do not bill insurance directly and as far as I am aware, life coaching is not covered under insurance. I’m happy to support your efforts to use your health insurance to pay for services. I can provide you a receipt of payment which can be used to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider for out of pocket costs.
I also encourage you to ensure that you understand your insurance benefits. Here are a few questions you may want to ask:
Do I have mental health benefits?
How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
What is my co-pay?
Have I met my deductible?
What portion of the therapist fee does my plan cover?
Can I get reimbursed? If so, how?
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 100% of the full cost of the appointment time that was scheduled.
